Recommendations from CSV files are not being displayed on the website.

Cause

Results might be getting filtered because of inclusion rules for primaryCategory.

Recommendations

  1. Review the activity definition and the criteria definition.
  2. Check the results of the respective environment from the CSV download.
  3. Check if the inclusion rule is included in any of the above results. If not, the backup recommendation will be displayed to the visitor.
