Hey everyone, I’m Michelle and welcome to this quick overview of data storytelling in Customer Journey Analytics. If you’ve ever spent hours pulling together PowerPoint slides to share your analysis with stakeholders, this feature is going to save you a lot of time and make your story shine. In Analysis Workspace, once you’ve built your project with panels and visualizations that tell the story of your customers’ journeys, look for the Generate Slides button. It’s in the upper right corner here and easy to spot. Next, we’ll review customization options in the Generate Slide screen. A field to customize the presentation title. You can change it to something specific rather than using a default. A checkbox option to decide whether the presenter’s name appears in the generated deck. Included panels and visualizations. This lists the panels and individual visualizations from the current workspace project. Users can turn entire panels on or off and or select specific visualizations within panels. There’s a maximum limit of 50 visualizations per deck. Panel and widget descriptions. These show up in the speaker’s notes if enabled. A ranking and scoring algorithm are used to identify which components are important. Selecting one from the list ensures that the component will be ranked higher and will include an insight highlighted with the metric. The presentation uses a default theme initially. It’s somewhat plain, but you can change the color scheme if desired. Customizing the presentation with the template of your choice is doable. Upload one here. There’s two main ways to do this. Using the three-step approach or by uploading a custom template directly. Up to 25 master layouts are supported and you can upload .pptx and .potx formats no larger than 25 megabyte. When everything looks good, export the PowerPoint. It’s powered by Adobe’s generative AI capabilities and takes about 30 seconds for each presentation depending on the size of your workspace projects. Once it’s done processing, it downloads to your computer. Alright, let’s have a look. This is truly amazing. I have a full data story generated in PowerPoint with just a few clicks of the mouse. There you have it. In the next time you’re ready to share insights from Customer Journey Analytics, try data storytelling. Thanks for watching. See you next time.
