Adobe Experience Platform Agent Orchestrator and Adobe Experience Platform Agents enable agentic capabilities within Experience Cloud applications.

You can gain access to these agentic capabilities either through:

  • Existing Experience Cloud apps: These applications work on their own, but enabling Experience Platform Agent Orchestrator and Agents enhances the efficiency of your existing jobs and workflows executed in these applications and increases productivity of the teams leveraging them. To enable these agentic capabilities in Experience Cloud applications that you have currently licensed, you must also purchase the Agent Orchestrator license.

  • AI-First Experience Cloud apps: These applications are built with generative or agentic AI at the core. They use generative or agentic AI for key tasks, and the agentic features are already included in the AI first application license and do not require the Agent Orchestrator license.
