MDVA-23764 Magento patch: error when loading dynamic blocks

The MDVA-23764 Magento patch fixes the bug in

JsFooterPlugin.php

that affects the display of dynamic blocks. This patch is available when the Quality Patches Tool (QPT) 1.0.13 is installed. Please note that the issue was fixed in Magento 2.3.5.

Affected products and versions

The patch is created for Magento version: Magento Commerce Cloud 2.3.3.

Compatible with Magento versions: Magento Commerce and Magento Commerce Cloud 2.3.2 - 2.3.4-p2.

NOTE
The patch might become applicable to other versions with new Quality Patches Tool releases. Issue

Steps to reproduce:

Try to load a URL that looks like following: https://[magento domain]/banner/ajax/load/.

Actual result:

An error similar to the following is thrown: Uncaught TypeError: strpos() expects parameter 1 to be string, null given in…(line of code) .

Expected result:

URL is loaded without errors.
