Connect QuickBooks

Requires Admin permissions.

With the QuickBooks integration, your business finances can now live along side your sales and marketing data, allowing you to quickly and easily keep tabs on your expenses, identify overspending, and more.

NOTE
Adobe Commerce Intelligence integrates with QuickBooks Online (not Desktop) and requires an Intuit account login with a cloud connection, matching the QuickBooks Online SaaS structure rather than the locally installed QuickBooks Desktop model.

Add QuickBooks as a data source in Commerce Intelligence

  1. Go to the Integrations page under Manage Data > Data Sources.
  2. Click Add Integration, located on the right side of the screen above the Data Sources table.
  3. Click the QuickBooks icon.
  4. Click Connect to Quickbooks.

Grant Commerce Intelligence access to your QuickBooks data

After clicking Connect to Quickbooks, log in to your Intuit account and authorize the connection:

  1. In the Search for a company dropdown, select your company.
  2. Click Next. You are redirected to Commerce Intelligence and a Connection Successful! message displays at the top of the screen.
