What version of Adobe Campaign do I need to be on to access the new web user interface?
To access the new user interface, Adobe Campaign version 8.6 is required, and Adobe Identity Management System (IMS) is mandatory. Additional information on IMS can be reviewed here. For customers on Adobe Campaign Managed Cloud Services seeking additional information on upgrading to the new release, please contact your assigned Transition Manager.

What are new features and capabilities in the new web user interface?

The new user interface in Adobe Campaign v8 brings consistency with Adobe Experience Platform and is designed for marketing efficiency. The new workflow canvas provides an intuitive and advanced workspace for audience composition, workflow management, and content design, and integrated use cases with Adobe Experience Platform native applications like Journey Optimizer and Real-Time CDP. Spark creativity, increase productivity, and personalize cross-channel campaigns at scale with AI Assistant, natively embedded in the WYSIWYG message designer.

Marketers can use generative AI for full HTML email ideation and text and image generation with refinement and variant suggestions. New features and capabilities can be reviewed on this page. Can we still use the Campaign Console as we transition to the new web interface?
The Campaign Client Console can be used in parallel to the new interface. There are, however, capabilities not available in the new user interface (for now). To compare capabilities in the new web user interface and the Campaign Client Console, visit this page.

I am currently on Adobe Campaign Classic v7 – what is my path to access the new user interface?
To access the new user interface, you need to be on Adobe Campaign v8.6, and connect to Campaign with your Adobe ID. The first step is to be licensed on Managed Cloud Services, Advanced or Enterprise SKUs. Please contact your Adobe team or primary point of contact. If you already are on Managed Cloud Services Advanced or Enterprise, please contact your Transition Manager to schedule the upgrade to v8. I am currently on Adobe Campaign Classic v7 Hybrid or on-premise – what is my path to access the new user interface?
To access the new user interface, you need to be on Adobe Campaign v8.6, and connect to Campaign with your Adobe ID. The first step is to be licensed on Managed Cloud Services Advanced or Enterprise SKUs and then migrate to the cloud with the help of Adobe Consulting and/or a partner. Does this mean there is an end of support for Adobe Campaign Classic v7?

To access the new user interface, you need to be on Adobe Campaign v8.6. The first step is to be licensed on Managed Cloud Services Advanced or Enterprise SKUs. Please contact your Adobe point of contact. If you already are on Managed Cloud Services Advanced or Enterprise, please contact your Transition Manager to schedule the transition to v8. Are any features being deprecated with the availability of the new user interface?
