Assign your brand branding-assign

To use the parameters defined for a brand, it must be linked to a delivery template. To do this, you have to create or edit a template.

Your template will be linked to the brand. In the email editor, the elements such as the Email address of default sender, the Default sender name, or the Logo will use the configured brand data.

Check branding associated with transactional messages check-branding-transactional

IMPORTANT
This section applies only to Transactional messaging (Message Center).
While transactional capabilities are available in the Campaign Web UI, the verification steps below must be performed in the Campaign v8 Client Console (control instance).

Transactional deliveries synchronized from Real-Time (RT) execution instances to the control instance do not replicate properties such as routing or branding. These synchronized deliveries are generated weekly from the same template to bring back delivery indicators in the control instance.

Because of this, the control instance displays the default brand. The actual brand and routing settings used during message execution are defined in the transactional message template on the control instance.

To verify which brand was used for a transactional message:

  1. Identify the internal name of the transactional template published to Real-Time (for example, TransactionalMessaging4768).

  2. In the control instance, search for this internal name under Transactional message templates.

  3. Open the template to view the brand and other related properties.
