IMPORTANT
A new and streamlined Report Builder is available since October 16, 2024. This Report Builder is supported on macOS, Windows, and web browsers and can be used with Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics.
This Legacy Report Builder add-in version still works. You can convert your legacy workbooks to the new Report Builder.

System recommendations and prerequisites.

  • Windows XP or higher
  • 32-bit or 64-bit Microsoft Excel 2007 or higher
  • OS X is not supported

Prerequisites

  • Your organization’s contract includes Report Builder for Excel.
  • Your user name is part of the pre-defined Report Builder user group. This requirement includes Analytics administrators.
  • The user must be running Windows and logged in as an administrator.
