Report Builder Sign-In
WARNING
The legacy Report Builder is end-of-life in June 2026. As of July 1, 2026, workbooks scheduled using the legacy Report Builder will no longer be delivered.
- You have until August 12, 2026 to migrate your workbooks from the legacy Report Builder to the new Report Builder. See convert your legacy workbooks for detailed information.
- With the end of life of the Adobe Analytics 1.4 API’s, the legacy Report Builder add-in will no longer be available for download.
- After August 12, 2026, customers with workbooks requiring migration will need to contact customer support to obtain the orignial workbooks. These workbooks will need to be migrated as documented in convert your legacy workbooks.
IMPORTANT
Report Builder version 5.6.47 and later supports CX Enterprise login only and does not support legacy logins such as Site Catalyst Single Sign-on or the Standard Login. By July 22, 2021, all Report Builder users must update the Report Builder Add-in to version 5.6.47 or later which includes a critical update to the log-in process.
To log in to Report Builder, use your CX Enterprise login account.

The CX Enterprise login lets you use your Enterprise ID (email and password) to log in to Adobe CX Enterprise.
Click Sign In > Sign in with an Enterprise ID to be redirected to your company’s single sign-on page. For more information on Enterprise ID, see Sign in to your company or school account.
NOTE
The CX Enterprise login is session based and the token expires after 30 days.
Log in to Report Builder
To sign in to Report Builder

In Excel, click Add-Ins.

Click Sign In. You can also sign using the following methods:
- Click Create.
- Select a request in the Request Manager, then click Add or Manage. For more information, see Select a request in the Request Manager
- Double-click a request in Excel.

Complete the fields on the Login page, then click OK.
