Validate that data is flowing to Customer Journey Analytics

You can validate that the connection is active and that data is flowing to the data views in Customer Journey Analytics.

  1. In Customer Journey Analytics, select the Connections tab.

  2. Select the connection that you configured.

  3. See Connection details in Manage connections for information about the details available about each connection.

  4. Continue following the recommended upgrade steps or the dynamically generated upgrade steps.
