Use real-time reporting use-real-time-reporting

To use real-time reporting, enable the Real-time refresh toggle on any of the following panels in your Workspace project:

You see a message with the timestamp of the most recent refresh of the data. For example: Last refreshed at 07:55 pm.

Select the real-time period that you want to report on from the drop-down menu. Available options are:

All visualizations in the panel are now updated every minute for a maximum of 30 minutes while the browser tab with the real-time refresh enabled panel is active.

As an example, see below a snapshot of a Real-time reporting panel that refreshes the Total Revenue / Hour bar visualization and Total Revenue / Hour freeform table as time moves from 06:26pm to 06:27 pm.

After 30 minutes, or as soon as the browser tab becomes inactive, the Real-time refresh toggle is disabled automatically and real-time updates are stopped.

As soon as the Real-time refresh toggle is disabled, the panel (and all visualizations within) return to use the standard reporting data and features from Customer Journey Analytics.
