View the Change History report
The (new UI) History Logs and (legacy UI) Change History report includes a log of changes made to the advertiser account in up the last 31 days. The report can include changes to the following types of objects: users (advertisers), portfolios, campaigns, ad groups, ads, keywords, placements, and product targets. You can sort and filter the data by any column.
You can download additional information about the advertiser’s history logs to a file in Microsoft Excel workbook (XLSX file) format. The report includes the the old and new values and the time the change occurred.

In the main menu, click Reports > History Logs.

(Optional) Change the data included in the view.

Generate a report with the filtered data rows

In the upper right, click

In the Grid Reports settings, enter a unique report name, and then click Generate.
By default, the file is named “allChangeHistory_YYYYMMDD_NNNN,” where “NNNN” is the sequential job number (such as "allChangeHistory_20260402_1326).
The file is added to the Recently Generated list.

(Optional) To download the file once it’s completed, click
next to the file name.
The file is downloaded according to your browser’s normal procedure.

(Legacy UI) View the Change History report

In the main menu, click Search, Social, & Commerce > Insights & Reports > Change History.

(Optional) Change the data included in the report in any of the following ways:

(To show or hide columns) Click
on the right side of any column heading, highlight Columns, and then select the check box next to each column to include and clear the check box next to each column to exclude.
The column configuration is applied to your view across all of your advertisers.

(To filter the data by column value) Do any of the following:

(To change the date range for the report) Do the following:

Above the data table, click the current date range.

Specify the range:

(For a preset range) — Select from the list of common time increments. The default is 2 Days Ago.

(For a specific range) — Select Custom Date Range, and then specify the beginning date and the end date.
Enter dates in the format MM/DD/YYYY or MM-DD-YYYY, or click
next to each field to open the calendar and select a date. You can include data for only the previous 31 days.

Click Apply.

(Optional) Download a copy of the report:

Above the data table, click Download.
Once the report is completed, it’s listed in the Download menu.

(To open or save the report data in a file) Click
next to the file name, and then open or save the file according to your browser’s normal procedure.
