How can I share a template with other users?

Answer:

The saved template is automatically shared with your team members. If you want to share it with users that are not members of your team, you must to publish it. You can then share it with a link, or ask the administrator tomaking the template public.

How can I edit or delete a public template?

Answer:

I cannot find a public template that I originally created. What can I do?

Answer:

Contact your administrator directly. The template you created may have been renamed by the administrator before approval.

How long does it take to approve and make a template public?

Answer:

There are no strict rules about approval timing. Your template must be approved by your administrator. Your administrator is not notified about receiving the template to review by email. If the approval is urgent, contact the administrator directly.
