This article explains how to setup RTP custom reports for Google Universal Analytics (GUA). The data sent from RTP to GUA can be set up as two separate custom reports called:
Log in to Google Analytics.
Click on Customization in the top menu.
Click +New Custom Report.
Name the report RTP B2B Report.
Name the 1st tab Industry.
You will Duplicate this tab and create additional similar ones - step 5)
Select the Explorer report type.
In the Metric Groups section, select the metrics that are relevant for your business.

Duplicate this tab 4 times and name them:
In the Dimension Drill downs section set the relevant dimensions for each tab as below.

Do not set any filters and set this report to be available for All Web Site Data (or change if relevant to specific Analytics account).
Click Save.
Name the report RTP Engagement Report.
Set the 1st tab name to All Engagement.
