Depending on which dashboard you’re in, you’ll see different setting options.
Engagement Dashboard - Contribution and Trend
Cost Period | When you check this, Performance Insights will aggregate all new names and successes back to the month set up as the cost period. |
Activity Period | When you check this, Performance Insights will aggregate all new names, successes, and membership by activity date, regardless of the program cost period. |
Engagement, Pipeline, Revenue Dashboards - Contribution only
Calendar Period | Set the previous period to: previous calendar month, quarter, or year. |
YOY Period | Set the previous period to the same month or quarter in the previous year. |
Pipeline Dashboard - Contribution and Trend
Show First-Touch, before opportunity created | When you check this, MPI includes opportunities that are associated with at least one lead that was acquired (first-touch/FT) by a Marketo Program before the opportunity was created. The Explicit, Implicit and Hybrid attribution settings are applicable. |
Show Multi-Touch, before opportunity created | When you check this, MPI includes opportunities with at least one lead that was acquired (multi-touch/MT) by a Marketo Program before the opportunity was created. The Explicit, Implicit and Hybrid attribution settings are applicable. |
Revenue Dashboard - Contribution and Trend
Show First-Touch, before opportunity closed | When you check this, MPI includes opportunities that are associated with at least one lead that was acquired (first-touch/FT) by a Marketo Program before the opportunity was closed. The Explicit, Implicit and Hybrid attribution settings are applicable. |
Show Multi-Touch, before opportunity closed | When you check this, MPI includes opportunities with at least one lead that was acquired (multi-touch/MT) by a Marketo Program before the opportunity was closed. The Explicit, Implicit and Hybrid attribution settings are applicable. |
Pipeline and Revenue Dashboards - Contribution and Trend
Based on Investment Period | Investment Cost is calculated simply as the sum of monthly program costs defined by the investment period filter. |
Based on Program Attribution | Attributed Cost is based on a portion of program cost determined by leads or contacts that were acquired, or achieved success, in the program and ultimately resulted in a won opportunity. |
