Browser and language support for the Experience Platform UI

The Adobe Experience Platform user interface (UI) is designed to support multiple browsers and languages.

Browser Support

The Platform UI is designed to work optimally in the latest versions of Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Microsoft Edge. You might have trouble using certain features on older versions of browsers.

The following operating systems and browsers are not supported:

  • Windows 8
  • Internet Explorer 10
  • Opera

Language support

The Platform UI is currently available in the following languages:

  • English
  • French
  • German
  • Spanish
  • Japanese
  • Italian
  • Korean
  • Chinese (Simplified)
  • Chinese (Traditional)
  • Brazilian Portuguese

Change default language

Your default UI language is determined by the region specified in your user profile.

To change your language:

  1. Log in to your Experience Platform account.
  2. Press Ctrl + i to bring up the account information menu.
  3. Go to Preferred Languages.
  4. Select your first and second language preferences.
  5. Select Save and close the window.
NOTE
Selecting a region also sets the language for content on Adobe.com.
