設定報表集

在您建立並儲存報表集資料夾中的工作區後，您必須建立新的Report.cfg檔案。

您必須在 Report.cfg 檔案，以了解報表的產生時間和分送方式。

建立新Report.cfg的方式

  1. 在Data Workbench中，開啟 Profile Manager 在工作區中按一下滑鼠右鍵，然後按一下 Admin > Profile > Profile Manager.

  2. 按一下 Reports 開啟 Reports 檔案夾。

  3. 按一下報表集的資料夾。

  4. 在 User 欄，按一下滑鼠右鍵並選取 Create > Report. 新 Report.cfg 檔案會顯示在 File欄。

  5. 在 User 欄，以新 Report.cfg ，按一下右鍵 Report.cfg 檔案，然後按一下 Open > from the workbench.

    注意

  7. 按一下滑鼠右鍵以儲存檔案 Report.cfg (modified) 按一下 Save as Reports*< ReportSetName>*\Report.cfg.

  8. 關閉檔案。

  9. 在 Profile Manager，在 User 欄，以新 Report.cfg 檔案和選取 Save to*< profile name>*.
