ACSD-54739: Product stock status not applied for Related Product Rules
The ACSD-54739 patch fixes the issue where the Product stock status is not applied for Related Product Rules. This patch is available when the Quality Patches Tool (QPT) 1.1.43 is installed. The patch ID is ACSD-54739. Please note that the issue is scheduled to be fixed in Adobe Commerce 2.4.7.

Product stock status is not applied for Related Product Rules.
Steps to reproduce:
- Set the Display Out of Stock Products configuration to Yes.
- Go to Admin > Stores > Attributes > Product > Search quantity attribute and set Yes for the promo rule condition.
- Create the related product rule. Go to Product rule information > Products to match > Add a condition with attribute quantity (select in stock/out of stock).
- Check the products at the front end.
Expected results:
The in-stock/out-of-stock product matches by Related Product Rules.
Actual results:
The in-stock/out-of-stock product does not match by the Related Product Rules.
