ACSD-47988: product export trims HTML tags from page builder product description
The ACSD-47988 patch fixes the issue where the product export trims HTML tags from the page builder product description. This patch is available when the Quality Patches Tool (QPT) 1.1.26 is installed. The patch ID is ACSD-47988. Please note that the issue is scheduled to be fixed in Adobe Commerce 2.4.7.

Product export trims HTML tags from the page builder product description.
Steps to reproduce:
- Create products with some HTML in the description. Use the page builder HTML element to insert HTML tags.
- Export the products using Adobe Commerce’s import/export functionality.
- Import the exported CSV.
- Open the product and check the HTML elements under the description.
Expected results:
HTML tags remain in the product description after importing the same content.
Actual results:
HTML tags are removed after the import.
