MDVA-34023 patch: “No such entity with addressId” error
The MDVA-34023 patch solves the issue where No such entity with addressId
errors occur randomly on a customer’s web browser.
This patch is available when the Quality Patches Tool (QPT) 1.0.15 is installed. Please note that the issue is scheduled to be fixed in Adobe Commerce version 2.4.3.

package to the latest version and check the compatibility on the Quality Patches Tool: Search for patches page. Use the patch ID as a search keyword to locate the patch.Issue
Steps to reproduce:
- Go to Stores > Settings > Configuration > Customers tab > Persistent shopping cart.
- Set Enable Persistence = Yes, set Clear Persistence on Sign Out = No.
- Create a new customer, and define the default shipping and billing addresses.
- Log out.
- Log in with the Remember me checkbox selected.
- Go to the
customer_entity
DB table and change thedefault_billing
anddefault_shipping
IDs to non-existing ones. - Log out.
Expected results:
No errors appear, as expected.
Actual results:
The exception log is generated:
