Mark calculated metrics as favorites

Marking calculated metrics as favorites is another way to organize them for ease of use.

  1. In Customer Journey Analytics, select the Components tab, then select Calculated metrics.

  2. In the Calculated metrics manager, check the star next to any calculated metric that you want to mark as a favorite. It should now appear as a yellow star:

  3. You can also filter on favorites under Filters > Other Filters > Favorites.
