MDVA-38626: Admin user is unable to place orders using PayPal Payflow Pro
The MDVA-38626 patch solves the issue where the admin user is unable to place an order on the backend using the PayPal Payflow Pro payment method. This patch is available when the Quality Patches Tool (QPT) 1.1.9 is installed. The patch ID is MDVA-38626. Please note that the issue is scheduled to be fixed in Adobe Commerce 2.4.5.

The admin user is not able to place orders on the backend using the PayPal Payflow Pro payment method.
Steps to reproduce:
- Configure PayPal Payflow Pro payment method.
- Go to Customers > All Customers and create a customer account.
- Click on Create Order.
- Add any item to the cart.
- Try to place the order using Payflow Pro.
Expected results:
Order is placed.
Actual results:
The user gets 500 Error. Report log contains:
