Le firme digitali vengono visualizzate nei campi firma, ovvero nei campi modulo che contengono una rappresentazione grafica della firma. I campi firma possono essere visibili o invisibili. I firmatari possono utilizzare un campo firma preesistente oppure aggiungere un campo firma a livello di programmazione. In entrambi i casi, è necessario che il campo firma esista prima che sia possibile firmare un documento PDF. È possibile aggiungere un campo firma a livello di programmazione utilizzando l’API Java del servizio Firma o l’API del servizio Web Firma. È possibile aggiungere più campi firma a un documento PDF. Tuttavia, ogni nome di campo firma deve essere univoco.

Modifica dei campi firma modifying-signature-fields-nbsp
È possibile modificare i campi firma che si trovano in un documento PDF. La modifica di un campo firma comporta la manipolazione dei valori del dizionario di blocco del campo firma o dei valori del dizionario dei valori di seed.
Un dizionario per il blocco dei campi specifica un elenco di campi bloccati al momento della firma del campo firma. Un campo bloccato impedisce agli utenti di modificare il campo. Firma digitale di documenti PDF

DistillerService distillerservice
Il servizio Distiller converte i file di testo PostScript, Encapsulated PostScript (EPS) e della stampante (PRN) in file PDF. Il servizio Distiller viene spesso utilizzato per convertire grandi volumi di documenti stampati in documenti elettronici, ad esempio fatture e dichiarazioni. La conversione dei documenti in PDF consente inoltre alle aziende di inviare ai propri clienti una versione cartacea e una versione elettronica di un documento. I formati di file supportati sono .ps, .eps e .prn. Il servizio supporta la seguente API:
Il servizio createPDF restituisce una java.util.Map con i risultati. Le chiavi della mappa sono:
- ConvertedDoc : Contiene il documento PDF appena creato.
- LogDoc : Contiene il file di registro.
Il servizio createPDF genera le seguenti eccezioni:
- ConversionException
- InvalidParameterException
- FileFormatNotSupportedException

Converte i formati supportati in documenti PDF. Il metodo accetta i formati di file .ps, .eps e .prn come input. È possibile applicare al documento di output PDF specifiche autorizzazioni di protezione, impostazioni di output e informazioni sui metadati.
