Create scenarios with Adobe Workfront Fusion templates

Adobe Workfront Fusion Templates allow you to create and use existing templates as a starting point for your Workfront Fusion scenarios.

Access requirements

You must have the following access to use the functionality in this article:

Adobe Workfront plan*
Pro or higher
Adobe Workfront license*
Plan, Work
Adobe Workfront Fusion license**

Current license requirement: No Workfront Fusion license requirement.

Or

Legacy license requirement: Workfront Fusion for Work Automation and Integration, Workfront Fusion for Work Automation

Product

Current product requirement: If you have the Select or Prime Adobe Workfront Plan, your organization must purchase Adobe Workfront Fusion as well as Adobe Workfront to use functionality described in this article. Workfront Fusion is included in the Ultimate Workfront plan.

Legacy product requirement: Your organization must purchase Adobe Workfront Fusion as well as Adobe Workfront to use functionality described in this article.

Prerequisites

You must create a template before you can use it.

Create a scenario from a template

  1. Click the Templates icon in the left navigation panel.

  2. Click on the tab that contains the template you want to use (Public templates or Team templates).

  3. Click the template you want to use to start creating a scenario. You can use the search feature to find the template by its name or the name of the app included in it.

  4. (Conditional) If you are a member of more than one organization or team, select which organization or team you want to create your scenario for and click Continue.

  5. (Conditional) If the template was configured with Wizard, follow the prompts to configure the scenario. Click Continue on each prompt to confirm it.

    If the Use as default value option was checked during the template setup, some of the fields may be prefilled for you.
  6. When you have configured all the settings required for the template, you receive a notification that your template is ready to go, and the standard scenario options appear at the bottom of the screen. You can now continue building your scenario.

  7. Click the Save icon to save your scenario. The scenario saves to the Scenario area of Workfront Fusion.
