Navigate the new experience in Workfront Fusion

Workfront Fusion has been updated for users that do not access Fusion through the Adobe Experience Cloud. The new Fusion UI provides a more seamless experience with other Adobe products, and will smooth the transition of your users to the Adobe Experience Cloud.

IMPORTANT
  • The legacy Fusion experience will be deprecated on August 15, 2024.
  • When loading for the first time, the new Fusion experience may load slowly (30-60 seconds). After the first time, Fusion will load more quickly.

Access requirements

You must have the following access to perform the steps in this article:

Pro or higher
Adobe Workfront license*
Plan, Work
Adobe Workfront Fusion license**

Current product requirement: If you have the Select or Prime Adobe Workfront Plan, your organization must purchase Adobe Workfront Fusion as well as Adobe Workfront to use functionality described in this article. Workfront Fusion is included in the Ultimate Workfront plan.

Legacy product requirement: Your organization must purchase Adobe Workfront Fusion as well as Adobe Workfront to use functionality described in this article.

The Organization and Team menus are located in the left navigation panel of Fusion. If you are a Workfront Fusion administrator, your Administration menu also appears here.

To switch teams, click on the team name at the top of the page, then select the team. The team selector appears only on pages that are specific to a team, such as a scenario builder or the Connections page.

To switch organizations, click the organization name at the upper-right of your screen, then select the organization.

Access your profile and preferences

You can access your profile and preference options by clicking your profile picture in the top navigation area.

Under your profile, you can view the following tabs:

  • Organizations: View the Fusion organizations that you belong to.
  • Time Zone Options: Here, you can set the time zones used in the Fusion UI, and the time zones used for individual scenarios.
  • API: Here, you can copy existing API tokens or create new ones.

Access your notifications

To view your notifications, click the Notifications icon Notifications icon near the upper-right corner of the screen. A red dot on the Notifications icon indicates that you have unread notifications or announcements.
