Adobe must have a signed Adobe Gen AI agreement on file.

Get information from AI Assistant
To get information or instructions from the Workfront Documentation using AI Assistant:

Click the AI Assistant icon near the upper-right corner of the screen.

In the AI Assistant panel, enter your prompt in the text area near the bottom of the panel.
AI Assistant may take a few moments to locate the information, depending on how large or complex the prompt is. We recommend simple prompts.

View the response in the AI Assistant panel.
