Manage scenarios from the Scenarios area

In the Scenarios area, you can view information about scenarios owned by a team. You can also clone, move, or delete scenarios, or assign them to a specific worker pool.

Product If your organization has a Select or Prime Workfront package that does not include Workfront Automation and Integration, your organization must purchase Adobe Workfront Fusion.
Access level You must be a Fusion administrator to assign a scenario to a worker pool.

View and manage scenarios from the Scenarios area

  1. Click the Scenario tab in the left panel.

  2. To search for a specific scenario, begin typing into the search bar. Scenarios are filtered as you type.

  3. To activate or deactivate a scenario, locate the scenario in the list, then switch the toggle in the Status column for that scenario.

  4. To go directly to a scenario’s Details page, locate the scenario in the list, then click Open in the row for that scenario.

  5. To clone a scenario, click the checkbox in the row for that scenario, then select Clone from the bar at the bottom of the screen.

  6. To move one or more scenarios to a folder, click the checkbox next to each scenario you want to move, then click Move to Folder in the bar at the bottom of the screen. In the window that appears, select the folder that you want to move the scenarios to, then click Move.

  7. To assign one or more scenarios to a worker pool, click the checkbox next to each scenario that you want to assign to a pool, then click Assign to Worker Pool in the bar at the bottom of the screen. Select the worker pool that you want to assign the scenarios to.

  8. To delete a scenario, click the checkbox next to the scenario you want to delete, then click Delete in the bar at the bottom of the page.

  9. To hide list columns, click the Columns icon Columns icon and check or uncheck the boxes next to the column names.
