Step 3: View Unified Person and Account Profiles
The B2B Edition provides specialized profile views for both people and accounts, reflecting the more complex B2B data model.
1. Explore a Person Profile
Let’s start by looking up one of the individuals you ingested.
- Navigate to Customer > Profiles
- In the Identity namespace dropdown, select:
Email
- In the Identity value field, enter:
alice.anderson@techcorp.com
and press Enter - Select the Profile ID to open Alice Anderson’s profile

You will see her personal details like:
firstName
lastName
jobTitle

You will also see a section for her related account — TechCorp — showing that the relationship has been successfully established.
2. Explore an Account Profile
Now, let’s view the unified profile for one of the accounts.

Navigate to Customer > Accounts
This is a dedicated view available in the B2B Edition -
In the Identity namespace dropdown:
- Use the namespace associated with your
accountId
- If you did not explicitly create one, you can search by account name
- Use the namespace associated with your

In the Search bar, type:
TechCorp
and press Enter -
Select the Account ID for TechCorp to open its profile
Exploring the Account Profile Viewer
The account profile viewer is unique to the B2B Edition and provides an aggregate view of the company.
Attributes Tab

Shows account-level attributes, such as:
accountName
: TechCorpindustry
: Technology
People Tab
This is a powerful feature that lists all individual person profiles associated with the account.
