Leads

  1. Within your Build option, select Leads.

  2. Click Page Layouts.

  3. Click Edit next to the page layout that you want to update. Keep in mind that multiple page layouts can contain the Buyer Touchpoints sections.

  4. Click the VisualForce page option on the left within your quick find menu.

  5. Create a section and name it “Buyer Touchpoints.”

    NOTE
Select the “one column” format for each of these sections.
  6. Drag the Marketo Measure Lead Related List VisualForce page into your page layout section.

  7. Click the wrench within the VisualForce page and change the height to 100 and enable scrollbars.

  8. Back in the menu, select the Canvas Apps section and create a section called “Marketo Measure Insights” beneath the Touchpoints VisualForce section you created.

    NOTE
Select the “one column” format for each of these sections.
  9. Drag the Marketo Measure Insights Canvas App into that newly created section. Click Save. Sometimes it’s necessary to save the page layout first before dropping in the Canvas App because Salesforce doesn’t instantly recognize it. So after creating the section, save the page layout and then re-edit to drag the canvas app within that section. This applies to every object.

    NOTE
For the Marketo Measure Insights Canvas App to function properly, permissions must be configured properly.
    TIP
Most customers don’t use the fields that end with (FT) or (LC) because they’re legacy fields from before the Marketo Measure Touchpoint existed as an object.
