Manage the Attendees panel
Use the Attendees panel to view and manage participants in a Live Hub session. The panel displays a real-time list of attendees, including learners who have joined the session and those enrolled but have not yet joined. It also shows each attendee’s role and interaction status.
As an Instructor, you can use the Attendees panel to manage learner participation, configure attendee permissions, and moderate interactions during the session. You can perform actions such as muting microphones, lowering raised hands, sending private messages, and removing learners from the session.

View the Attendees panel
The Attendees panel shows everyone in the session. To open it, select

To manage attendee preferences:

Select More options (⋯) in the Attendees panel.

You can take the following available actions:

Lower all hands: Lower all raised hands for participants.

Mute all participants: Mute the microphones of all participants.

Turn off camera for all participants: Turn off the cameras of all participants.

Manage learners during the session
The Attendees panel lets you manage individual learners during the session. You can moderate interactions and take quick actions for a specific learner when needed, such as muting their microphone, lowering a raised hand, sending a private message, or viewing their profile, helping you maintain an organized learning environment.
To update learner permissions:

Navigate to the learner in the Attendees panel.

Select the More options (⋯) icon next to the learner’s name.
