Selection buttons do not appear in Learning Manager


Due to missing radio buttons, an Administrator cannot perform the following (not an exhaustive list):

  • Assign or remove roles.
  • Send a welcome mail.
  • Delete a user.


The issue occurs because of incorrect themes in the account.

Radio buttons not visible


Reload the themes and fix the appearance of the radio buttons. Perform the following steps:

  1. As an Admin, click Branding.

  2. In the Themes section, click Edit.

  3. Pick any theme and save the changes.

    Select any theme

  4. Revert to the previous theme and save the changes.

  5. Log out of Adobe Learning Manager and sign in again.
