Collections allow you to categorize and group your decision items according to your preferences. These categories are created by crafting rules that leverage the attributes of decision items.

Steps to create a collection

  • Log in to Journey Optimizer
  • Navigate to Tags ->Create tag category(WeatherRelatedOffers)
  • Click Save
  • Click Create Tags(hot, cold, spring). These tags should be under the WeatherRelatedOffers tag category
