Snowflake overview

Snowflake is a cloud data warehouse that can store and analyze all your data records in one place. It can be used for data warehousing, data lakes, data engineering, data science, data application development, and secure sharing and consumption of real-time or shared data.

Snowflake is built on top of the Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure (Azure), and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Our Snowflake Integration

A Snowflake account can be hosted on any of the following cloud platforms:

  • Amazon Web Services (AWS) - AWS is a cloud computing platform that offers a wide variety of services such as distributed computing, database storage, content delivery, and software-as-a-service (SaaS) integration services for customer relationship management (CRM) and enterprise resource planning (ERP).

Refer to the AWS overview for more information on installing the extension and configuring event forwarding rules.

  • Microsoft Azure (Azure) - Azure is a cloud computing platform and an online portal that allows you to access and manage cloud services and resources provided by Microsoft.

Refer to the Azure overview for more information on installing the extension and configuring event forwarding rules.

  • Google Cloud Platform - Google Cloud Platform is a cloud computing platform that offers a wide variety of services such as distributed computing, database storage, content delivery, and software-as-a-service (SaaS) integration services for customer relationship management (CRM) and enterprise resource planning (ERP).

Refer to the Google Cloud Platform overview for more information on installing the extension and configuring event forwarding rules.

Our native AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform event forwarding extensions enable customers to collect, enrich, and forward their event data server-side in real time to their cloud services to be consumed by Snowflake. See below:
