Kobie Streaming Events
Kobie Alchemy Loyalty Cloud (KALC) is a configurable, secure, and scalable loyalty platform. Use the Kobie Streaming Events source to stream customer profiles, loyalty data, and transactional events from Kobie into Adobe Experience Platform.
By integrating Kobie with Experience Platform, you can:
- Stream loyalty points, tiers, and rewards in real time.
- Send transactional data into Experience Platform for analytics and activation.
- Use Real-Time Customer Profile to unify Kobie loyalty data with other Adobe profiles.
Prerequisites
Before you connect Kobie to Adobe Experience Platform, ensure that you have the following:
- A valid Adobe Organization ID and access to an enabled Experience Platform sandbox.
- You must have both View Sources and Manage Sources permissions enabled for your account in order to connect your Kobie account to Experience Platform. Contact your product administrator to obtain the necessary permissions. For more information, read the access control UI guide.
- For prerequisite setup and mapping, contact your Kobie Client Services representative directly.
