IMPORTANT
  • Adobe recommends that you bookmark this page and revisit it every three months to check for the latest IP addresses. Adobe does not provide notification of new IP ranges.
  • As of 15-Oct-2024, only the new IP ranges are valid for Query Service access. Outdated IP addresses no longer work. Ensure that your allowlist includes only the new IPs to avoid service disruptions.

Overview overview

You can define network access controls through your network firewall. By specifying the appropriate IP range, you can allow traffic for Query Service access.

As part of ongoing improvements, Adobe has updated the IP ranges for network access to the Query Service. The previous IP addresses are now deprecated, and only the new IP addresses are valid. It is essential to update your allowlist to include the following new IP ranges to maintain uninterrupted service.

Adobe recommends that you add the following region-specific IP ranges to an allowlist depending on your region. Failing to add these region-specific IP ranges may lead to errors or service disruptions.
