Live demonstration of personalization use cases
Visit the WKND Enablement website to see real-world examples of A/B testing, behavioral targeting, and known-user personalization.
Watch personalization in action. I’m browsing a cycling adventure on weekend. I qualify for a cycling audience and see a personalized bike tune up offer. That’s real time audience qualification and decisioning through Adobe experience platform edge network. Now let’s sign in as two different customers. Allison just bought a ski trip, qualifies for an upsell audience and see ski equipment with 25% off. Meanwhile, Mike is a past customer who hasn’t been back in a while, qualifies for a re-engagement audience and gets a $50 off offer to come back.
Behind the scenes, data from multiple systems is unified in real time customer profile. Audience criteria is evaluated and Adobe target delivers the right experience at the edge. Personalization based on real customer data and behavior, not just guesswork. Try it yourself at weekend.enablementadobe.com.
This page guides you through hands-on demonstrations of each personalization scenario. Use it to explore what’s possible before building these capabilities on your own AEM site.

Demo use cases
The WKND Enablement website demonstrates three types of personalization:
Behavioral targeting
Content automatically adapts based on visitor actions and interests during their browsing session. This is commonly referred to as next-page or same-page personalization.
Home, Adventures, and Magazine pages
These experiences appear immediately based on your current browsing behavior (real-time personalization). The Adobe Experience Platform Edge Network is used to make real-time personalization decisions.
Adventures and Magazine pages (batch)
These experiences are based on historical behavior and appear on your next visit or later the same day (batch personalization). The data is aggregated and processed into profile attributes, and activated to Adobe Experience Platform Edge Network.

A/B testing (experimentation)
Test different content variations to determine which performs best for your business goals. Adobe Target randomly serves different variations to visitors and tracks which perform better. This is commonly referred to as experimentation.
Home page featured article
The WKND homepage runs an active A/B test with three variations of the Camping in Western Australia featured article. Each visitor is randomly assigned to see one of these variations:
