Known issues

- When an in-review topic is removed from an ongoing review task, its document state continues to remain In Review, even though the topic is no longer part of any review task. (GUIDES-38709)
Workaround: Change the document state of the topic from In Review to the appropriate state from the Properties page or File properties panel. - When performing a search using Find and replace, if you open a file from the search results, close it, and then attempt to reopen it by selecting the listed result, the file fails to reopen. (GUIDES-39050)
Workaround: Open any other file from the search results first, then reopen the previously closed file from the list to resolve the issue. - When using Guides with DB server, for content that includes self-references, the Topic list report displays invalid entries for each self-reference, resulting in an inaccurate file count. (GUIDES-39420)
