Before submitting a support request, try these self-service options:

  • Use the Features Workbench — Diagnose feature flag evaluation issues for specific users without writing code. See Troubleshooting for instructions.
  • Verify feature flag state — Confirm the feature flag is published and the audience rules are correctly configured.
