Symptoms
When viewing the License Dashboard in Cloud Manager, some contract years display a usage window of approximately six months, while others show a full twelve months. This pattern may repeat for subsequent years. No error messages are shown, but the dashboard UI displays these varying window lengths.
Cause
The License Dashboard calculates usage windows based on the actual contract start and end dates for your instance, not standard calendar years. If an entitlement, such as Sites Content Request, changes during a contract year, the dashboard splits the usage window to reflect the new contract period. This can result in some years displaying shorter or longer usage windows.
Resolution resolution
Follow the steps below to resolve the issue:
- Open the Cloud Manager License Dashboard for your Adobe Experience Manager instance.
- Review the usage windows displayed for each contract year.
- Compare the start and end dates of each usage window with your contract documentation to verify if the displayed periods match your actual contract and entitlement history.
