Configure multiple Dynamic Media Classic accounts in Experience Manager 6.5

In Experience Manager 6.5, you can connect multiple Dynamic Media Classic (Scene7) accounts to one Experience Manager environment by creating a separate Cloud Services configuration for each account. For development or testing, create and save one Dynamic Media Classic configuration per account, then test each configuration with an asset upload and preview. To configure multiple Dynamic Media Classic accounts, follow these steps:

  1. Ensure that the Experience Manager environment is provisioned, accessible, and available for configuration.

  2. Confirm that each Dynamic Media Classic (Scene7) account is active and that you have the required credentials for each account.

  3. Log in to Experience Manager with an administrator account.

  4. Navigate to Deployment > Cloud Services and open the Dynamic Media Classic configuration area.

  5. Create a configuration for the first Dynamic Media Classic account.

    • Select Create or Add Configuration, depending on the available UI option.
    • Enter the required account details, such as the company name, credentials, and endpoint URLs.
    • Save the configuration.

  6. Test the configuration.

    • Upload an asset.
    • Verify that the asset preview works as expected.
    • Verify that the Scene7 URLs work as expected in Experience Manager.
