Resolution resolution

Follow the steps below to resolve the issue:

Log in to the affected AEM environment (such as Stage or Production) with an administrator account.
If you are unable to see the Content Fragment option in the Sites console, try refreshing your browser session or logging out and back in.
If the option is still missing, ask your AEM administrator whether the environment uses a navigation overlay such as Unified Shell. Reset or disable the navigation overlay session only through a documented procedure confirmed for your environment.
After resetting or disabling the navigation overlay session, refresh the Sites console and check if the Content Fragment option is now visible.
If the Content Fragment option appears, you can re-enable the navigation overlay session to restore environment-specific navigation tags.
