Follow the steps below to resolve the issue:

  1. Current Support Status

    • As of this writing, AEM Assets Insights doesn’t support direct integration with the Adobe Experience Platform Web SDK (alloy.js) for asset impression and click tracking.

    • An enhancement request has been filed with engineering to support AEM Assets Insights integration with the Web SDK (reference: ASSETS-68987).

    • There’s currently no officially supported workaround to enable AEM Assets Insights tracking via the Web SDK.
    • Customers requiring this functionality should continue using AppMeasurement.js for Assets Insights tracking until official support is announced.
