AEM Cloud Manager: Edge Delivery Services tab not visible in Program Overview
The Edge Delivery Services tab does not appear in the Program Overview, even with Business Owner access. The interface remains unchanged and does not display the expected tab. To resolve the issue, enable Edge Delivery Services in program settings.

Issue/Symptoms
- The Edge Delivery Services tab is not visible in the Program Overview interface.
- You have Business Owner access in Cloud Manager, but the required tab does not appear.
- The Program Overview does not display the expected Edge Delivery Services UI element.
- No explicit error messages appear while accessing the program or navigating the interface.
Root cause
Edge Delivery Services is not enabled for the program, which prevents the corresponding tab from appearing in the Cloud Manager interface.
Resolution resolution
Follow the steps below to address the issue:
- Sign in to Cloud Manager using a Business Owner or equivalent role that allows program edits.
- Open the relevant program.
- Click Edit to modify the program configuration, then go to Solutions & Add-ons.
- Select Edge Delivery Services from the available solutions list.
- Click Update to save the changes.
- Return to the Program Overview and confirm that the Edge Delivery Services tab now appears.
