- The login to the Adobe Commerce account portal fails with the error First Name is not valid!.
- The error appears immediately after you submit valid Adobe ID credentials.
- A password reset attempt triggers the error Access Token cannot be generated.
- Account access remains blocked despite successful credential verification.
Resolution resolution
Follow the steps below to address the issue:
- Open the https://account.adobe.com/profile and sign in using your Adobe ID.
- Update the First name and Last name fields with valid values and save the profile changes.
- Return to the Adobe Commerce login and sign in again using the same credentials.
- Confirm that access completes successfully without validation or access token errors.
