Flexible Audience Evaluation yearly reset and usage tracking in AEP
Flexible Audience Evaluation usage in Adobe Experience Platform can be unclear, especially around yearly reset dates and remaining runs. This article explains when the yearly quota resets, how to check used and remaining runs, and what usage details are currently available.

The following questions arise regarding Flexible Audience Evaluation:
- When does the yearly run limit reset?
- How many runs have been used and how many remain for the current contract year?
- Is there a way to view a detailed history of who triggered each run?
Resolution resolution
Follow these steps to resolve this issue:

The yearly quota for Flexible Audience Evaluation resets on your Adobe contract’s anniversary date, not on January 1.

The reset date applies to all production sandboxes within your organization and is not sandbox-specific.

To check usage and remaining runs:

Go to Audiences in Adobe Experience Platform.

Select an eligible audience.
-
Click Evaluate Audiences.

Review the displayed count for Yearly runs to see how many runs have been used and how many remain for the current contract year.

There is currently no supported method in the UI or public APIs to retrieve a detailed log of who triggered each run or a per-user counter.

The overall usage counter is not exposed in the License Usage dashboard at this time.

You can verify the total number of Flexible Audience Evaluation runs used and remaining by following the steps to evaluate an audience.
Notes:
- The ability to view daily or yearly Flexible Audience Evaluation usage details in dashboards is planned but not available yet.
- Only an aggregate count of used and remaining runs is visible. Individual execution logs are not accessible through self-service tools.
