Brand Presence Data Stuck in Processing State in LLM Optimizer

In AEMaaCS, the Brand Presence section in LLM Optimizer shows customer configuration data as still being processed even after 24 hours. This issue blocks access to Brand Presence insights and appears alongside a 403 Forbiddenerror in the browser console for a site-related API endpoint. To fix this, confirm your admin access and refresh your authentication session to load the processed data.

Description description

Environment

  • Product: Adobe Experience Manager as a Cloud Service – Sites
  • Feature: LLM Optimizer (trial)
  • Environment type: Production

Issue/Symptoms

  • The Brand Presence page displays a modal stating that customer configuration data is still being processed and advises checking back in 24 hours.
  • Brand Presence data remains unavailable after more than 24 hours.
  • The browser console displays a 403 Forbidden error for an API endpoint related to site data.
  • No Brand Presence processed data is generated.

Resolution resolution

To fix this issue, follow these steps:

  1. Ensure you access LLM Optimizer using an account that has the AEM Administrators profile assigned in the Adobe Admin Console.
  2. If more than 24 hours have passed without data appearing, perform a hard refresh of your browser or open the Brand Presence page in an incognito or private browsing window.
  3. If the issue persists, log out of your account and then log back in.
  4. After logging back in, check if Brand Presence data is now visible.
  5. Verify that the Brand Presence section displays processed results as expected.

Notes:

  • The observed 403 Forbidden error on the site‑related API endpoint is expected and can be ignored, it does not impact overall functionality.
  • If the Brand Presence data still does not appear after completing the resolution steps, the issue requires backend intervention. In this case, contact Adobe Support for further assistance.
