Understanding persistent report subscriptions for standard analytics reports
Marketo Engage can continue sending scheduled subscription emails for standard workspace-level analytics reports even when the report is not a custom or standalone report. This happens because built-in reports, such as Email Performance, can’t be manually created or deleted, but their subscriptions remain active.
To fix this, access the standard analytics report directly from the Analytics workspace and review or update its subscription settings.
