To resolve the issue, install the missing certificates and restart the required services.

Issue/Symptoms

  • Error message displays:IOB-090020 Error in SSL library: 'IOB-090013 error:1416F086:SSL routines:tls_process_server_certificate:certificate verify failed (code 337047686)'.
  • The issue occurs after updating the SSL certificate on the AEM host.
  • Synchronization is blocked between AEM and Adobe Campaign, and proofs cannot be sent.

Resolution resolution

To resolve the issue, follow these steps:

  1. Check if the SSL certificate on the AEM host was recently updated.

  2. Upload both the intermediate and root certificates for the updated SSL certificate to the Adobe Campaign server.

  3. After uploading:

    • Confirm the certificates are correctly reflected across all containers.
    • Restart nlserver and apache services to apply changes at the console level.
  4. Test the connection between AEM and Adobe Campaign to ensure synchronization works.
