Can’t submit Adobe Commerce Marketplace support requests via Admin Console or Experience League

For issues relating to publishing/purchasing extensions on the Adobe Commerce Marketplace for all versions of Adobe Commerce.
Issue
You are unable to submit support requests for issues relating to the Commerce Marketplace through the Adobe Admin Console or Adobe Experience League.
Cause
Adobe Commerce and Adobe Commerce Marketplace issues should not be submitted through the Adobe Admin Console. Adobe Commerce is not integrated with the Adobe Admin Console, while the Marketplace team uses a separate platform that is not integrated with Experience League or the Adobe Admin Console.
Resolution resolution
Go to the Support page on Experience League and confirm the following statements:
- You have an Adobe Commerce Support account for the relevant organization, indicated by the organization’s name in the left column ending in (Commerce) and your issue relates to that organization, or an account associated with it.
- Your issue is about not being able to log in to the Marketplace account or you have a query about deploying an extension.
- Your issue is not solely about requesting a refund for Marketplace purchases.
If all the above statements are TRUE, submit your support case on Experience League for that organization. You can submit a ticket on Experience League for most issues except to receive support for Commerce Marketplace issues that are not related to login or deployment of purchased extensions. For more information, refer to Experience League Support User Guide for Adobe Commerce. You cannot submit Commerce-related tickets on the Adobe Admin Console.
For issues relating to publishing your extension, having trouble purchasing, or requesting a refund on the Adobe Commerce Marketplace, you must contact the Commerce Marketplace team directly by visiting the Commerce Marketplace site. Navigate to the bottom of the page and click Contact Us, which will open a form to submit a Marketplace support ticket. If that doesn’t work, send an email directly to Commerce Marketplace Support.
