Workfront: proof failed to generate

Resolve the Proof Failed to Generate  error when you upload a new proof by checking that the file has the accepted size and type, and that the file is unlocked.

When you try to upload a new proof, you get the Proof Failed to Generate error message.

Resolution resolution
